We booked a few days in advance and received a text message with the vehicle registration number and directions to find the car, which was very easy. The car parked nearby, so we didn't have to drag our luggage far. The car was clean, the seats were spacious, and the driver was experienced. There were also stops for bathroom breaks.

The driver was very polite. He came to find us at the pick-up point, drove well and followed the law. He stopped when we needed to use the restroom, and wasn't in a hurry. He was a really good driver and provided excellent service. He dropped us off safely at our destination and helped us carry all four of our bags. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely use his service again. ❤️❤️❤️

I was picked up on time and in the middle of the trip I was dropped off at a shop to use the restroom even though I didn't ask for it and was offered a product.

From reading previous reviews, I understand ahead of time that there really is no your guide. I was a little worried, but once I got to the location, I realized you really don't need a tour guide in the attraction spots. It was pretty easy to navigate inside the parks...pretty much just one way to go. Beautiful sceneries. I just wish it wasn't raining so hard. When it's wet, it can be a little slippery & dangerous at places. There was a little mishap , but the tour company responded quickly & amended the situation. Good job 👍. I also want to shout out to our driver 康峻翰，（kangjunhan). He was very punctual, polite, & courteous. His vehicle was spotless & he's also a very responsible driver! I really enjoyed chatting with him on the drive. I would definitely recommend going with this company.

It was so much fun! It's probably the best entertainment for primary and secondary school students in Macau! You really have to try it at least once! I read reviews saying not to buy the video, and I didn't want to either, but my son said he filmed it very well and had some dialogue, so I bought it. There are commercials, but the whole zipline is still there, about a minute long, depending on how fast or slow you slide. My son was really funny, so I felt it was worth it. I'll definitely go again in a few years; it's relaxing and strengthens our parent-child bond.


