Since I was going down the river anyways on my boat, I thought I would choose a walking tour, but the reviews were so good, I decided to do this. There was so much information and the route was extensive including both branches. I also appreciated the outdoor side deck. It allowed viewing while being out of the sun, and I wasn't distracted by having to drive myself. I also appreciated the announcer asking those that wished to converse to go downstairs. Nothing is more annoying then endless chatter while trying to listen to a tour. This trip will make my journey down the river so much more meaningful now. I highly recommend this tour. It was difficult finding the meeting place. It is right next to the Wrigley building in the courtyard next to the bridge.★

If you like donuts this is for you! Nick our guide was fun and informative. Learn a little history of the donut shops in Chicago . It is a walking tour about 2 miles . You basically end up near the Magnificent Mile/Navy Pier. So you can just wander to your hearts delight after the tour. Last about 1.5 - 2 hours. Again if you like donuts it’s give this tour a try
