Reviews: Unlimited Taiwan High Speed Rail 2-Day/3-Day/5-Day Pass | For Non-Taiwanese Only
Guest User2026-10-17
Booking Taiwan High Speed Rail tickets using Trip is no problem and convenient. However, when I went to pick up my ticket at the Zuoying High Speed Rail station, a female staff member, having just finished serving another customer, immediately placed the handover tag on the counter. Then, when I went to another male staff member at a different counter, she immediately removed the tag and served the next customer. Her service attitude made me feel very uncomfortable.★

Reviews: [Exclusive for International Travelers] Taiwan High Speed Rail One-Way Ticket (15% Discount)
Guest User2026-10-24
It was very convenient and hassle-free, both booking trains and picking up tickets at the counter; just follow the steps. When picking up tickets, if there's a train departing earlier than the booked time, the staff are happy to change the time to an earlier one.★

Reviews: [International travelers only] THSR Pass (Flexible 2-Day Pass/3-Day Pass) (Book 1 day in advance)
Guest User2026-05-21
I used this service for the following routes: Taipei-Tainan, Tainan-Chiayi, Chiayi-Tainan, and Tainan-Taipei. I was able to book online the first time, but after that I couldn't book online and had to book at the counter. Please be careful! I enjoyed the excitement of having stickers indicating my destinations attached to my ticket!★

Reviews: [Island Tour Theme Train] Taichung-Taipei One-Way Ticket
Guest User2026-06-22
I took the train from Kaohsiung to Hualien. The train is really cute and pretty. The crew members were also friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The karaoke carriage features Japanese and Korean songs in addition to Chinese ones. Be sure to try the pendant making activity during the event time.
