It works great, and the food is good. Compared to the place next door, the environment doesn't seem as nice. The VIP lounge service is still acceptable.

The place is super clean and the cats are extremely well cared for. They are all docile and easy to interact with. I stayed there for almost 3 hours and I didn't want to leave!
