It was misleading , it was clearly written that the tick include professional tour guid which I specifically choose because I have my kids 8&6y and my mum 65y ,I asked about the tour guide on the reception they tell me it is a self hike and I show them my ticket included a professional tour guid then they said he will meet us at the flycatcher raised walkway at 10 am put no one shows !! The two star for the misleading information otherwise the place worth it and the reception staff very friendly and helpful , I would not advise for children less than 8 y or elder with back or joint pain . The place is amazing with facilities like toilet and coffe shop at the sublime view point ,I would also recommend to get the paper map as for case your phone died ,water and hiking shoes.★

The communication before the day was prompt and informative.
Avi our driver collected us from our hotel at the agreed time.
The SUV was clean inside and out, water was provided and the air conditioning worked effectively.
We were asked what type of things we were interested in and our day was planned accordingly.
All the many sights were well worth visiting, we especially liked the rhumerie and the cashmere clothes factory shop.
Avi was very pleasant, polite and informative. He took care of all admin so we could fully enjoy all the experiences without queuing.
All in all a thoroughly wonderful day to remember.★

The best experience ever! Nitesh took me to all the amazing sites, I had a car all to myself and he gave me in-site to the island, all the people living on the island and and a bit of history that kept everything interesting! Definitely a must do when you’re in Mauritius 🇲🇺 ★
