The trip to Delphi was wonderful, with an experienced guide who pointed out all the import points. The only thing that I would change is allowing more time at the archaeological site. Otherwise, a flawless experience.★

At first, we were going to take a regular bus, but our guide in Athens recommended we look for a private tour (public transport in Greece must not be very reliable). We found this option, and it was a great decision. Dimitri is the best bus driver in the world, and Stefano is the best guide, always attentive to us, explaining things along the way (in English). There's a stop on the way there (the bus doesn't have a bathroom), and the same on the way back, but it's not a long stop at all. Once there, they gave us about two hours to see the archaeological site and the museum; we had enough time for everything. Afterward, they take you to the town to eat at a restaurant or wherever you like. Seeing Delphi is a must on your trip to Greece; it was our favorite part. It's a shame we couldn't see the Temple of Athena because it's temporarily closed.Trip.com Picks
