The local diving instructors were very patient and provided excellent service. For an extra 500 pesos, they would record the entire dive with a DJI drone. The site was less crowded than I expected, and we saw many sardines. We were even lucky enough to spot a sea turtle. Highly recommended!★

We departed from our Cebu hotel at 4 AM, and after a 3-hour drive, arrived in Oslob for a close encounter with whale sharks (the world's largest fish). In the afternoon, we went diving in Moalboal to see sardines. The round trip took over 8 hours, but it was definitely worth it.
Although it was a shared tour, there were only 7 of us. The driver was Filipino, and the guide was Chinese (Xiao Duan). They provided commentary throughout the trip, and the service was excellent. They took great care of everyone, and communication was seamless.
