Everything was very organized and fast, much more convenient than getting to the hotel on your own. All fees are included. The only thing that wasn't so pleasant was when the luggage porters snatched your suitcase from your hands, carried it, and then, on the way out, very brazenly demanded money and tried to keep it until you paid. The tourists with us looked confused by this approach. They could have made the price a little higher, but included it in the tip.★
