Great trip! Shoes and poles were available there, and helmets were also provided if you didn't have your own. The climb was uphill with several groups in the vehicles, but groups were formed for the climb. At least two guides per group, one in front and one in the back. The pace was slow enough, and everyone was well taken into account. The explanations were also excellent, and questions were answered thoroughly. The hike is quite challenging. We went to the north side and visited two craters. It's challenging but so worth it!★

I wish I could remember the name of our driver, he was absolutely fabulous and really made this tour special for my family. Not only did he know all the best spots to get views from, he also was kind and funny. I'm a little unstable and a natural born clutz. He sensed my nervousness at walking around the crater and he accompanied me all around.
Some of the views and locations really look like they come from another world. Getting the opportunity to see these up close and personal with no time constraint was completely worthwhile. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who likes to take their time and really enjoy the scenery. About
