Reviews: Private Breathtaking Koroyanitu Half Day Waterfall Hike

I cannot recommend this day hike highly enough! Definitely worthwhile, and even included a crisp dip in mountain waterfall pool to reward the effort up! It was an honor to have been trekking with our guide Peni through the mountain trails of Koroyanitu and to then have experienced such an amazing time having a delicious Fijian meal at Ema’s house in Abaca village. The views of Fiji from here are indeed breathtaking! My wife couldn’t have picked a better tour to join, and we’re so happy to have met such genuine people, up in the mountain village, as well as Peni, of course! We also learned a lot of Fijian history, language and dialects and local customs from him! Vinaka vakalevu!★

Our DriverMadhu was lovely , she told us a lot about the area and was very accomodating.
We visited the Hindu Temple a beautiful building currently being restored.
We then visited a vegetable market and souvenir shop.
Following that we drove to Sleeping Giant Orchid Gardens which we were told was originally develop by Raymond Burr an American actor .
We believe there are more than 1000 orchids in the gardens .
We were offered a complimentary Juice after our walk around the gardens .
From there we went to the Subeto Mud Pools , a unique experience.
All in all it was an enjoyable trip and value for money★

This was an amazing cultural tour! All history, culture (past and present) and show were explained in perfect English. Tino, our guide through the village, was a great narrator and kept you engaged. He taught you how to blow conch, build a fire from scratch, and introduce you to others that taught you how to do ceramics, weaving, woodworking, traditional lovo cooking. The show was amazing with a traditional cava ceremony, traditional dancing, and fire show. The food was delicious! Definitely recommend to all to come and do this tour. Worth every Penny!★

We really enjoyed this overview of Nadi and the surrounding area. Deo was our guide and we really enjoyed getting to know him. He seems to love Fiji and really helped show us around. If you only have a day in Nadi, I highly recommend this tour, which gets better and better as it goes. We especially loved the gardens of the sleeping giant (make sure to go to the top viewpoint if you have the stamina...the views are worth it) as well as the mud springs.★

We had a wonderful day out on this adventure.
The Eco park was lovely. We held a snake and the highlight for me was holding Ben the Iguana. Feeding turtles was fabulous! It’s a very peaceful setting. I enjoyed the board walks and the bridge. . All the staff were friendly and helpful. Cute little play area for the kiddies.
At the pottery village we took part in the Kava ceremony, the ladies were so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the singing and dancing and made a few purchases of the handmade pottery before we left. We stopped for lunch at the Olive. Good tasty food.
The Sigatoka Sand Dunes Park was a great walk with a fabulous view and a beautiful beach. We went on a very hot day but I’m so glad we got to see this part of Fiji and do this activity. Take plenty of water. Our driver was fantastic. Thank you for an awesome day!
