Very satisfied, the tour guide Albert was very conscientious. Although Table Mountain was not open, he tried to compensate us in other ways. I still saw the most beautiful sunset and a bird's-eye view of Cape Verde. This is much more convenient than I came by myself, And there is absolutely no minefield such as domestic shopping guides here.

10/10 stars ⭐️ Sunset tour with Kurt Pickup: I chose to do the sunset tour with a pickup and drop off at my hotel, was really simple and efficient. Kurt also sent us all the details including exact pickup time, licence plate and the exact number of people he needed to pickup, as a solo female traveler, this felt extremely safe and made me feel extremely secure The hike: There was 13 of us în total and everyone was so lovely and kind, a very diverse range of people and a truly intersting and friendly bunch! The hike up is really enjoyable, if you’re a sporty or active person or even if you’re idea of exercise is a light stroll to the shops you’ll really enjoy it, Kurt always made sure to keep us informed of all stages of the hike, we took regular breaks and he waited for everyone to catch up to continue onwards, as well as this, he made sure to demonstrate where to go exactly and where to put our feet and hands to climb more securely The view: the views were spectacular along the whole route, the 360 view at the top was amazing, and Kurt took pictures and videos of the whole group the whole way up, he went out of his way to ensure we all got what we wanted out of the experience! We then watched the whole sunset from a stunning viewpoint and had the opportunity just to relax and take in the stunning scenary The way down: Kurt made sure we were all equipped with headlamps and always kept track of the last member of the group, he provided us with a great range of cultural, historical and personal facts and experiences, without overloading us with information, as we made our way down and enjoyed the colours of the sky and the sceneries. The drop off: As efficient as the pick up, Kurt made sure we all waited for the rest of the group whom did not choose the pick up option to leave and get into their respective Ubers (this took 5 minutes) , I thought this was extremely thoughtful and another reason why he was so excellent and attentive today. The drop off itself was swift and efficient! Overall could not recommend this hike more! Just remember to bring a bottle of water, a jacket, a power bank and sunscreen!

Highly recommended for a three-day stay in Cape Town. The bus tour was clear; we just couldn't immediately find what was included in the City Pass. Still, good value for money.


