We took the trip yesterday with Ben and from start to finish it was amazing. The pick up was well organised and on time. The day ran smoothly with all the stops exactly as described. Ben was extremely knowledgable about the areas we visited and was helpful and friendly making the trip extremely enjoyable. All the stops have enough time to get those iconic shots and a drink if required. Ben was accommodating with the last stop which was either free time in Banff or Bow Falls. The trip made visiting the lakes so stress free after seeing the car park situations. Thanks again for making this a memorable day. Highly recommended.★

Today's itinerary was relatively relaxing. The most beautiful part was Lake Minnewanka. The drivers and guides here were all excellent. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the Sulphur Mountain Cable Car. I thought the driver and guide could buy tickets for it at the beginning of the trip, but I didn't expect that I couldn't buy it on the same day. The driver and guide told me I had to buy it myself when I arrived at the destination. If there were many tourists, I might not be able to buy it. It was a waste of our time and the price was much higher. I hope tourists can be informed of this in advance. It's different from domestic tours.
