Our guide Mr.Kenneth was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He guides us every point, took some amazing photographs and on time every time. I highly recommend this. As a courtesy, we were requested for a tip amount at the end (optional). We gave it since we were satisfied with the experience.

Aasish is a fantastic driver and a tour guide with a warm heart! Great guy! Beautiful lakes! The optional Ice Explorer tour from the Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre is very much worth doing and was the highlight of the day for me. Just one advice for Matrix Travel: please send information on what time to get Icefield Adventure tickets as soon as customers book the tour on GYG, as most of the people in our group could not get 2:00 or 2:15 pm tickets because the Ice Explorers had already been sold out for those time slots. People in our group were confused and stressed out over that. (Matrix Travel's booking instructions for the optional Icefield Adventure tickets can come with a disclaimer that those particular tickets are nonrefundable, so only to book them once you are sure you are able to go that day.) Other than that, it was an amazing and beautiful tour, made better by Canada's nicest tour driver: Aasish!
