Before the trip, we compared various platforms and found Ctrip to be the most cost-effective because it's a local travel company. We later saw a branch of Ctrip in the city. The entire itinerary was well-organized and reasonable. Our driver, Mr. Lin, provided very detailed explanations, sharing a lot of information that independent travelers wouldn't encounter. Each stop had a designated time frame, ensuring the overall activity schedule was well-planned. Under Mr. Lin's leadership, the entire group was well-organized and harmonious, even when the tour was fully booked. The scenery along the Great Ocean Road is truly beautiful and worth a visit.

It was such an amazing tour! Thank you so much for guiding Barbara!! Of course, it was a bit rushed because we had to drive around for such a long 12 hours, so if you have time, a driver's license, and confidence to drive in Australia, I recommend hiring a camper van and taking a week to explore the whole way. There are many places to explore, but if you don't have those, I highly recommend this tour. Especially the reverse driving; I was already a bit tired of so many people in the city. When we arrived at all spots, it was before everyone else had arrived, which is another recommended point 🩷 Thank you, Barbara, for being our guide! I had a great day sitting in the passenger seat. It might be a little tough if you don't understand English at all, but I think they will explain things like meeting times carefully. I highly recommend this tour for travelers with limited time. There seemed to be a lot of Chinese people on the large bus, so I think it's better to choose a smaller tour❣️


