Before the trip, we compared various platforms and found Ctrip to be the most cost-effective because it's a local travel company. We later saw a branch of Ctrip in the city. The entire itinerary was well-organized and reasonable. Our driver, Mr. Lin, provided very detailed explanations, sharing a lot of information that independent travelers wouldn't encounter. Each stop had a designated time frame, ensuring the overall activity schedule was well-planned. Under Mr. Lin's leadership, the entire group was well-organized and harmonious, even when the tour was fully booked. The scenery along the Great Ocean Road is truly beautiful and worth a visit.

Our guide William is a really nice guy, he speaks fluent English and Chinese,. He surprised us with a nice view of wild kangaroos which he didn’t have to stop by. Thanks him for giving us a good memory for the Great Ocean Road trip.
