We were absolutely blessed to have Mohammed as our guide in Alexandria. Knowledgeable—he has a Master’s degree in hieroglyphics and is working on his PhD—kind and thoughtful; he showed us and told us about this magnificent city. We toured the “new city” and the “old city,” seeing sights from the time of Alexander the Great. We had a bountiful and delicious meal at Branzino restaurant, with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean, and afterward, we took a few minutes to stick fingers and toes in the Sea and take photos with a giant parrot. We highly recommend Mohammed and this tour. We’re still beaming.

We had a wonderful time exploring Alexandria with Naelah. As a born and raised local she has life long knowledge of her city and country. She was flexible with our requests and timing and has so much information to share.. We had a tour the day before in Cairo and Giza with the same tour company that was also well organized, communicated and planned with a guide Mahmoud. He and our driver Ahmed drove us from Alexandria to Giza where we were able to explore the wonders of the plateau on our time and terms with Mahmoud’s help and direction. Mirette tours truly made our trip personalized to us and our wishes with their expert guidance and planning. When we return to Eqypt we will call them again! Shokran
