Ok so second last day in Egypt and I have a private tour the itinerary was arranged between myself and Muhammad. From the time Muhammad picked me up along with Muhammad our driver the day was amazing. Our eating venues were superb as was Muhammad’s guidance. Muhammad’s driving was both skilful and safe in two Cairo peak hours. Thank you for a great day.

The food tour was nice and Ahmed was a gracious host and a great guide. The tour has a shopping component to it. They take you to a souvenirs and jewelry shop, papyrus painting shop and cotton shop. The food choices were great but we went in a very hot month and our young one got tired of the heat so we decided to get back before the last good stop. It’s interesting to get the real experience.

This food tour made the highlight reel of my trip! Magy is a rare kind of guide and all of us felt connected to the local culture in a way that went beyond tasting some legitimately delicious food. Can safely say this was not an experience I was expecting on a first trip to a new place as a tourist. If you're in Cairo, I highly recommend this tour as an essential experience. Such a glorious way to dive into the heart of Egyptian culture. PS. Don't eat before you go! And ask lots of questions! Magy knows her stuff.
