We asked the customer service for a more accurate pick up time for our location as it is difficult to wait for 1 hour in the outdoor area especially when it's cold and windy. The booking indicated a pick up schedule of 1 hour time frame. Sadly, we did not receive any notification on the pick up time on our location. Wglow worms in the cave. Good thing our experienced driver made our trip comfortable.

Simply a must do trip. Ewan is a great teacher and his knowledge and enthusiasm for the City Brisbane is addictive. My wife and I were initially quite nervous about the Segway, but after Ewan’s training it became easy to ride.
