The only store that can order on the same day 😂 I have contacted ***** and ******, and they both require booking a day in advance. There are other stores on the trip, but they also require booking a day in advance. If you are too busy or forget to order, this same-day service will save you. I hope everyone's journey will be safe and smooth, without any problems.

We'll pick you up from the hotel to the pier and then to the airport. There's someone to pick you up all the way from the hotel to the pier (no worries there). Both islands are connected by bus, and the boat ride is only 15-20 minutes (with air conditioning). For my 5:30 PM flight, they asked for a 1:00 PM pick-up at the lobby. I arrived at the airport around 2:53 PM. They'll send you an email confirming the pick-up time. You need to turn on your email and reply, otherwise they'll call the hotel and have the front desk staff tell you (but they may not always be able to get through). The check-in counter doesn't open until 2:30 PM, so we waited outside for over 30 minutes, which was a bit hot. There are no water dispensers in the airport, and they don't check your water intake. You can bring bottled water, but they don't check your food intake. I strongly recommend buying your own dinner on the island and eating it on the plane; otherwise, the food in the airport is expensive and there's nothing to eat.) If you really don't have time to buy anything, there's a beef and tuna bread shop near the restrooms on the first floor for only 70 pesos in cash!

My family and I came from Taiwan and we really enjoyed this trip. The pick-up and drop-off service was very well arranged and the details were confirmed very clearly. It was very good.

It is more convenient than your own itinerary. From the airport, you can find the counter and someone will lead the whole process. You will not have to tip for helping with your luggage. The experience is not bad.

Its convenient but i just had an issue during redemption, they said they cant find my bookin so i had to go talk to customer rep and waited an hr to be fixed. Southwest has 16 hoho bus and you need to wait roughly 5-10mins for it to arrive but it prefer this type because its airconditioned and its more cheaper if you want to explore boracay island than riding etrike


