ESIM is very convenient and works immediately upon arrival. The signal was good in all three locations I visited during my trip to Turkey. I frequently use IG and Google Maps. Highly recommended. I would repurchase next time.

I activated my e-SIM at the airport in Russia. Upon arrival, I switched the SIM card in the settings and everything worked. All services worked, and Max calls to Russia were seamless. I haven't contacted customer support, so I can't rate this feature.

I had connection issues the first time I connected. I contacted support, and they responded quickly and helped me figure it out. I got a 10GB internet plan for 30 days. For the first two weeks, the internet was flying, no problems at all, but then it apparently switched to power-saving mode; nothing really loaded. Eventually, I thought I was running out of data, so I bought another internet package, and everything was fine.

It's very easy to use, there's an installation button right from the app, the instructions are detailed, and I had excellent internet coverage everywhere. I recommend it; it's cheaper and more convenient than buying a local SIM card.
