The driver and service team were both excellent. We even rode an ATV. The water at the snorkeling spot was a bit murky, and the corals weren't very attractive. I took some photos with a large clam and a clownfish. They even gave us instant noodles and coffee after the swim. Overall, the attraction was just average, but the service was great.

Don't hesitate, book this! We choose the ATV option and it was so much fun. The company arranged for a guide to pick us up and drop us off at the hotel with no additional cost. When we got there, we walked the desert and took pictures by the Blue Lake and checked in with the ATV counter. Our guide was kind and patient and we rode for about 40 minutes over different terrain and had a blast! Afterwards we got their famous cold yummy coconut from one of the stalls and our driver took us back to our hotel. Door to door was from 9:30 until a little before noon. Great price for a great experience😃

Everything goes smoothly, the seats are comfortable and the seating is convenient. I don't really see the point in paying extra for business class. There are plenty of empty seats, everything is clear in the terminal, and check-in and baggage drop-off are quick.

The snorkeling experience at Bintan Island was incredibly pleasant. The water was crystal clear with excellent visibility. The underwater corals were vibrant, and schools of tropical fish swam around you, creating a breathtaking scene. The guides were patient and responsible, leading you to discover the underwater wonders, making the entire experience safe and relaxing. The waters were sparsely populated and tranquil, almost like having the place to yourself. It was perfect for first-time snorkelers and a fantastic activity for any island snorkeler.
