During my stay in Switzerland, I made full use of the SBB pass. It was incredibly convenient – trains, trams, ferries, and most museums – no need to worry about buying tickets, just choose the right time. Plus, there's a Chinese version of the SBB pass on WeChat mini-program, which is accurate and easy to use. I'll definitely buy the pass again next time I'm in Switzerland.

My atrip.com account has been hacked and unlink from my email. Luckily we have have printed the booking details on a paper before traveling . Trip.com has been too slow in responding and taking action to protect the account security. At the end, my account was used to book hotel and flights by the hacker 😔

Booking through Trip.com , overall it is very convenient and satisfactory. It was planned to travel in September, but the delay in the first half of the year in the second half of the year led me to postpone it until October.

The tour guide is good, the half-self-service two days are arranged well. It was the next day that I came back and didn't send us directly to a fixed location or hotel. Finally, the local travel agency solved it through the quarrel! I hope to make some improvements in this regard! Avoid unnecessary unhappiness during the trip.


