Excellent! I caught the 618 shopping festival, and the price for two adults and one child was 1000 yuan cheaper than on Taobao. Booking tickets through the app was also very convenient. I chose a 7-day pass. Having traveled to several countries, I found that there are three main types of train travel in Europe: some trains require seat reservations and charge extra; some trains don't allow seat reservations, and you just sit where there are empty seats; and some trains allow seat reservations, but you can also choose not to. In practice, I found that most people don't reserve seats, as there are usually empty seats available, so you don't need to pay extra for seat reservations.★

Great trip. Check in was a little odd. We had electronic tickets with barcodes, but we still had to stop at the counter for paper printouts which we then presented to people right next to the ticket booth to go down to the boat. Unnecessarily confusing, but otherwise great.★
