We booked a mixed Chinese-British tour, but everyone was Chinese. The tour guide was very nice and talkative. There was bottled water on the bus. We got on and off the boat a few times. It was a great deal for just over 100 pounds. The simple meals were decent. There was no excessive upselling, and we could decide how much to tip. It was really great! The kids and parents had a wonderful time!★

On the day of the tour I participated in, there were 7 people, and we were lucky enough to have both an English-speaking and a Japanese-speaking guide, allowing us to hear commentary in two languages. The trip to My Tho takes about 90 minutes, but this tour offers many authentic Vietnamese experiences, including a visit to the historic Vinh Trang Pagoda, a coconut cracker tasting, a ride on a motorboat, a ride on a local mini-car, a rowboat, My Tho's local cuisine, honey tea, and fresh fruit tastings. The tour also includes announcements from participants' perspectives, such as which toilets are good, making it a truly worthwhile tour.★

The tour was exactly as described, except for the stop at the beginning at a silk shop... a waste of time. Everything was great at Ostap, a good program, and everything was done efficiently! I highly recommend it.
