My parents were visiting Beijing for the first time, and the Great Wall and the two national parks were must-sees. We were worried we wouldn't be able to fully explore them on our own, so we joined the tour. The weather was nice and sunny, but we needed to bring some autumn clothing. The elderly had very positive feedback, and the itinerary was well-paced. Liu Depeng, our guide for the two national parks, was especially lively and engaging. The elders commented that if history teachers were like him, no one would fall asleep. Overall, we were very satisfied. On the way back, we took the subway to Xidan and ate at Siji Minfu, where the lines were minimal.★

Our tour guide was Boya and during the tour we did not encounter any hassle as she's very hands on and helpful in assisting us with our inquiries. She even help recommend places we can go to as we only have 1 day left to check out Beijing before our travel to Guangzhou. She's very helpful and knowledgeable about the tour itinerary. Overall, Zanbus is reliable tour organizer for your great wall trip! 10/10 will recommend!★

I enjoyed the night trip to Badaling. Less traffic on the way and less people on the wall. We had some waiting time before the whole group gathered to depart, we were told to be there between 4-4:14. We didn’t depart till about 5.★

Firstly, I would like to thank the tour guide, namedEvelyn 学兰, had been very attentive to us and knowledgeable about the history of the Badaling when she roughly shared with us the differences between the great wall of China like Mutianyu and Badaling. She is also a very responsible yet calm and composed when she provided her emergency number just in case we are lost or anything. Hence, the whole trip from the start to end was a smooth and pleasant one without any possible delay. She is also very meticulous in managing each and every one of us in terms of explaining the details with regards to the trip and also gave suggestions whether or not under this rainy day should we proceed to take cable car or manually buy ourselves. In all, this is acrually my 3rd time coming here apart from other scenic places with my friend and my parents under this BUSDA booking I have had. Would recommend to all foreign friends should you want a reliable, responsible and pleasant tour guides.★

The day before the tour, I received an email. Originally, I applied for a tour at 8 am, but the off-season season, and the People's Congress, etc. overlapped with various situations, so I started with the tour at 10 am. Still, the guide came in advance and I was able to communicate with the guide. We decided to take a tour with our suitcase because of the flight time, and we decided to take a taxi first in the middle. On the day of the tour, he mixed Chinese and English and took good care of the whole staff, and he continued to care about us who had to leave first. Thanks to you, I was able to see the Great Wall and get on the plane without delay! Thank you!
