Such an amazing place and quite eye opening. Our tour guide was amazing and her name was Snow. She explained all the details and showed us the wonderful of Tian’an men square and forbidden city with all the splendor of the treasures inside. She was very caring to all of us in her group and just amazing. The building and art work of the forbidden city just super and it showed the wonderful history of chinese masterpiece and art work with intricate building design. It was such a huge. The amazing terrace and the great hall of the people for holding meetings plus the square itself where the celebrations will be held. Explained about the parade and the avenue where the parade will be held. The imperial palace with all its breathtaking views. My personal favorite was the banquet hall and that during the Ming dynasty it hostel imperial exams every 3 years. It looked exactly like in the movies i have seen without the garden ofcourse as i realised the place did not have gardens as in movies…..★

We had a half-day trip to Prince Gong's Mansion. Mr. Zeng, the instructor at Jing Zhuangyuan, was fantastic. He was thorough and attentive, explaining each attraction in detail. My child was exhausted after touring the Forbidden City in the morning, but he was still fascinated by the lecture in the afternoon. Mr. Zeng is highly skilled, able to engage the children's enthusiasm, and possesses a wealth of knowledge. Thumbs up. I'm not comfortable sharing private photos, so I'll just share a few.★

I encountered autumn in Beijing just before the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays. The weather was surprisingly good for September. Since I was traveling with my elderly family, I opted for a small-group guided tour. Just to give it a try, I signed up for the highly-rated "Beijing Champion" tour on Ctrip. The thoughtful service included ticket reservations, which was a safe bet even during the off-season. My family and I agreed that the guides at the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven were the best, both highly regarded. They were both "Beijing Champions"—Teacher Su at the Forbidden City and Teacher Liu at the Temple of Heaven. They provided well-organized explanations of the sites' background, functions, and uses, interspersed with bits of folklore. They were accessible, engaging, and engaging. It was a truly wonderful experience, highly praised.
