Convenient and it's nice to have the pleasant Malaysian staff to stand at the counter to help you out with any queries. Great customer service. btw, if you are booking for a Child too, do include them while booking the Adult ticket.

I showed my voucher at the window at the express entrance and exchanged it for a card. They explained everything clearly at that time. There's a blue top-up machine nearby that accepts cash, so if you're staying for more than three days, I think it's more convenient to top up your card there.

It's cool to see the city at night. To get a seat on the upper level, you need to arrive at 7:30 PM. You can't see anything from the lower level. Overall, I liked it and recommend it.
