Our driver arrived on time and we discussed the areas we were interested in seeing. We went to the Aare Gorge and that was stunning walking along the walkways. The canyon wall was straight up and very majestic. Our driver too us to the exit side which is not crowded and you can pay and enter there as well. Then we went to Interlocken which is a very quaint small town but filled with shops and restaurants. The view of the Alps was amazing. Then off to Lauterbrunnen to see the highest waterfall and Eiger the largest of the Swiss Alps. The town was so picturesque as I’ve seen in many Facebook videos. Everything was incredible and our driver knew the best spots to see everything. We would have never gotten to see all of our top areas in one day had we not hired a private driver.

My colleague and I thought the tour was perfect. It was small and charming, and thanks to the suggestion of the ferry ride, it was simply brilliant. The meal at Klara was our highlight, thanks to the diverse selection of appetizers.

We had a fantastic day despite the weather closing in which meant no view from the top of the mountain. Everything was managed so well and everthing went like clockwork. Our guide was so knowledgable doing her utmost to make it an exciting day for us.

It was winter cold, regardless a tour not to be missed. It was snowing and wind velocity was high but worth the visit to the top of the mountain. English tour guide Ray had the trip planned smoothly, no hiccups and timed the trains, gondola, itinerary and organized well. Enjoyed the young man’s explanations and patience on the whole tour and guidance. Will use this travel agency and Ray again.

Anna, our tour guide was amazing. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. Unfortunately, the owner of Tours of Switzerland is far less organized. There were MULTIPLE inaccuracies on the description of this tour for which he took no accountability for. Examples: the description states "meet and greet at your hotel and a private guide". In reality, we needed to travel to a meeting point and the tour was with a group, not private. The meeting time was stated at 9:15am on all descriptions and instructions on where to meet to begin the tour. In reality, the tour didn't begin until 9:45. Every single guest in our group had the same experience/issue. The scenery was beautiful and the tour as a whole was nicely orchestrated. It was A LOT of train riding. Switzerland is gorgeous and this journey was a nice way to see so much of the country in one day.
