Anna, our tour guide was amazing. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. Unfortunately, the owner of Tours of Switzerland is far less organized. There were MULTIPLE inaccuracies on the description of this tour for which he took no accountability for. Examples: the description states "meet and greet at your hotel and a private guide". In reality, we needed to travel to a meeting point and the tour was with a group, not private. The meeting time was stated at 9:15am on all descriptions and instructions on where to meet to begin the tour. In reality, the tour didn't begin until 9:45. Every single guest in our group had the same experience/issue. The scenery was beautiful and the tour as a whole was nicely orchestrated. It was A LOT of train riding. Switzerland is gorgeous and this journey was a nice way to see so much of the country in one day.About
