Basel is a fairytale place, a river with green water, mountains and a medieval city, like something out of a movie, staying in hotels in Switzerland 🇨🇭, you get free public transport, this country is incredible

It was winter cold, regardless a tour not to be missed. It was snowing and wind velocity was high but worth the visit to the top of the mountain. English tour guide Ray had the trip planned smoothly, no hiccups and timed the trains, gondola, itinerary and organized well. Enjoyed the young man’s explanations and patience on the whole tour and guidance. Will use this travel agency and Ray again.

Fabio & his wife Anita are truly amazing people. Their home is situated in a quiet place with a lovely garden where we sat for dinner. The food was authentic & delicious. Fabio is the most gracious host. I came by myself as a stranger and left feeling like family. They were kind and welcoming and made me feel at home. The conversation was entertaining & stimulating, as well. I will definitely come back to see my new friends (who feel like old friends) again as soon as I am back in Basel.

We enjoyed this walking tour through Basel. Our guide, Bea, was very knowledgeable about the city and Switzerland in general. We thought the tour had a good mix of history and present-day info about the area, including details about special dates/celebrations throughout the year. The tour was at a good pace for our mixed-age group, and took us to the important sites in town. I'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Basel for the first time.
