Overall satisfied, except the hotel was terrible, being too far from the city center. The Chinese food was awful; even though I'd given up hope, I still couldn't eat it. The transportation and tour guide were okay, but the attractions they arranged weren't representative of Qingdao. Next time, I'll probably travel independently.

We participated as a couple who are not used to traveling! We felt at ease because the guide was very fluent in Japanese. And he was very kind! He taught us all kinds of things, including history and culture, while also telling funny jokes! We were very satisfied with everything from the tour time allocation to the various tourist spots! We're glad we participated😊

We joined a group tour; there were nine Japanese tourists that day, plus the two of us. The company even specially arranged a guide for me, Keng, who was very friendly and took great care of us! The three temples were each unique and perfect for taking photos. We had lunch at the century-old market; the prices were reasonable and there were many choices!

My initial impression was spoiled by communication with support: the description was only in Chinese, even though the service was advertised in English. My apartment wasn't in the pickup zone, even though it was clearly in the map's description. I was given a new meeting time four times, and the poor Chinese translation was often misleading. I arrived at the meeting point on the appointed day and time. The Thai driver arrived punctually. The car's license plate matched. We arrived an hour later. And the organization on site was beyond praise! The elephants are so sweet. I wanted to feed them, pet them, cuddle them, and take photos. My sleepless night and fatigue vanished in an instant. The program included a workshop, outerwear and a hat, feeding the elephants, walking with them, taking photos, washing and swimming in the pool, as well as a hearty buffet lunch, water, and tea. The organizers of this park are truly great and have thought of everything perfectly! I highly recommend visiting this amazing place. They love elephants here!


