Mr. Sandi is a fantastic private tour guide and driver. He is well prepared, super friendly, and patient. He speaks fluent English, told us a great deal about the culture and history of Bali. He didn’t mind working overtime, added a stop to a local coffee plantation to our itinerary which was lovely. We highly recommend Mr. Sandi!!★

This is a must do in Bali! Waking up at 2am was hard but it was so worth it. The view was amazing! That sunset brought on some emotions, it was absolutely beautiful! The black lava rocks were also amazing to see! The guide that picked me up in the morning was one of the kindest people I’ve ever come across, I happen to mention I like coffee and he made a quick stop at a local coffee place for me to buy the best coffee on the way back. The jeep guide was also so knowledgeable about the area and made the trip extra fun with some good music. Both went above and beyond to ensure I enjoy the day.Overall, it was a really great, once in a lifetime experience! If you’re in Bali and you’re not doing this, you’re definitely missing out!★

It was such a wonderful service that I wish the whole world had this system. I used it both days of my two-day stay. The guides on the first and second days were different. The guide on the first day was a licensed guide, while the guide on the second day was not. A licensed guide is definitely better. 1. They spoke Japanese well. Fluent. The guide on the second day was good at listening but not so good at answering. But being able to communicate in Japanese reduces stress. 2. Naturally, they were knowledgeable about the island. The guide on the first day gave detailed information about the festival and sightseeing etiquette. Both of them provided local information that changes daily, and when I asked for lunch, they took me to a nice restaurant. 3. The price was clear and explained. 4. It was okay to communicate in advance in Japanese. We communicated in Roman letters. The only downside was that departure from the hotel was the only option. To have them pick you up at the airport, do some sightseeing, and then drop you off at the hotel, just write "Please pick me up at the airport" in Roman letters in the comments section.★

This was an amazing trip! The communication from the trip organizers was very good. They helped us arrange a private boat for snorkeling, which was an excellent choice, and worth every bit. Our boat crew was very professional and friendly, and made us feel safe all the way. Our driver and guide on the island, Putu, was fantastic. He was very friendly, and helpful, while sharing a lot of interesting information about the island. I would highly recommend this trip to anybody.★

The driver arrived on time. I had my own travel plan, and he drove me to all the places I wanted to visit without any problems. He was polite and waited for me in the parking lot for as long as I needed. We stopped at a store along the way. Overall, nothing but positive experiences ♥️
