It was such a wonderful service that I wish the whole world had this system. I used it both days of my two-day stay. The guides on the first and second days were different. The guide on the first day was a licensed guide, while the guide on the second day was not. A licensed guide is definitely better. 1. They spoke Japanese well. Fluent. The guide on the second day was good at listening but not so good at answering. But being able to communicate in Japanese reduces stress. 2. Naturally, they were knowledgeable about the island. The guide on the first day gave detailed information about the festival and sightseeing etiquette. Both of them provided local information that changes daily, and when I asked for lunch, they took me to a nice restaurant. 3. The price was clear and explained. 4. It was okay to communicate in advance in Japanese. We communicated in Roman letters. The only downside was that departure from the hotel was the only option. To have them pick you up at the airport, do some sightseeing, and then drop you off at the hotel, just write "Please pick me up at the airport" in Roman letters in the comments section.★

We had the absolute pleasure of having Mr Andree as our tour guide during trip to Bali and we couldnt be more grateful! From the moment we meet he was warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about baliness culture, history and hidden gems. He planned our itinerary perfectly from visiting water blowing, the stunbing temple GWK, Local luwak cofeee and Kecak dance at Uluwatu was handled profesionally. He was very punctual, drove safely and even helped take some our best holidays photo. i apprecited most how he made the tour feel personal sharing stories answering our questions patiently and even introducing us the local food spots. if you are visiting bali and want a tour guide who is kind, experienced, and truly passionate about what they do. Great tour, although our original driver was sick on the day of the tour and sent his colleague instead and he didn't seem as savvy. We didn't make it to one of the beaches and the dance we attended was not at the location as listed in the itinerary.
