The staff were very friendly on arrival and during the trip. They were open about the possibility of not seeing manta-ray and unfortunately that day we didn't see any.However the experience was still a lovely time spent with my daughter. We saw some beautiful fish and 3/4 of the spots were great. We would recommend them to friends and family.★

We booked the Nusa Lembongan Snorkeling Adventure: 3 Spots Including Manta Bay. The trip was ultimately good because the wildlife was truly spectacular—the absolute highlight was seeing a huge manta ray, which was an incredible, bucket-list moment.
However, the experience suffered due to a lack of preparation and instruction. The company did not provide sufficient equipment, and the instructions given were minimal and unclear. This made the logistics and safety feel inadequate at times.
Despite the organizational issues, the natural beauty and the opportunity to swim in Manta Bay made this tour worthwhile. If the operator improves their gear quality and pre-trip briefing, this would easily be a five-star tour.★

Good day everyone! We really enjoyed this tour; we were four couples. The transfer from and to our accommodation was convenient, so you don't have to worry about getting lost or being late. The cars were comfortable and, most importantly, had working air conditioning. Our driver, Oka, was very friendly and approachable in Nusa Penida, patiently waiting and always helping us take great photos. The only downside was the included lunch: dirty cutlery, dishes, and a very limited selection of local dishes. Everything else was top-notch!
