Very convenient, navigate directly to the pier to change tickets, and then wait for the boat to start. ～ pay attention to the broadcast, sometimes it may be later. We bought a ticket for 3:00 for insurance, but it arrived at 1:00, and helped us change to the boat at 1:30. It was very user-friendly.★

This was an amazing trip! The communication from the trip organizers was very good. They helped us arrange a private boat for snorkeling, which was an excellent choice, and worth every bit. Our boat crew was very professional and friendly, and made us feel safe all the way. Our driver and guide on the island, Putu, was fantastic. He was very friendly, and helpful, while sharing a lot of interesting information about the island. I would highly recommend this trip to anybody.★

This trip was quite different from my expectation, but the views and the actual nature was amazing. It does feel like a factory trip as there are traffic jams all the time, people waiting for very long times just to take a photo, and in summer, it must be quite horrific. Our driver was quite good, but generally, it seemed like he just wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible and get us on the first boat back. It was an extremely hot day and of course you must take your own food as the “included lunch” was almost inedible.★

We had an amazing adventure with the ATV ride. We weren’t expecting it would be extreme (for us) but our tour guide Dowee was so helpful and really made sure we make it through every tough turn and deep puddles. He kindly helped me hold my camera too so that was really nice of him so I can focus on holding on to make sure I don’t fall while my husband drives.
