We had an amazing experience with our guide Agus at Tirta Empul Temple. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and caring from the very beginning. Agus even brought extra water for us during the drive, which was such a thoughtful gesture. At the temple he explained everything in great detail, not only about the place itself but also about the deeper meaning and cultural traditions behind it. We learned so much and truly felt connected to Balinese culture thanks to him. Most importantly, Agus made us feel completely comfortable and welcome. He has such a warm and kind personality that spending time with him felt like being with a good friend. We can absolutely recommend Agus to anyone visiting Bali. He is a fantastic guide and a wonderful person. 🙏
