Amazing trip! My driver and guide Mr. Wirma was so kind, helpful, punctual and enthusiastic throughout this journey. He is very flexible and always makes sure you’re comfortable and at ease. He’s also the best photographer. I highly recommend this tour. You will see one of the most stunning sights in Bali, including the famous Gate of Heaven. The tour guide picked us up on time and drove very steadily. The key is that he spoke Chinese very well. He also dropped us off at the entrance of each attraction. He would park the car and then come back to buy tickets to take us in. He was very considerate.★

I was satisfied with the tour itself. The driver who took me to the port was very nice. I also enjoyed snorkeling at Lembongan. I was a bit concerned that the driver who was showing me around town was smoking a lot.★

This trip was quite different from my expectation, but the views and the actual nature was amazing. It does feel like a factory trip as there are traffic jams all the time, people waiting for very long times just to take a photo, and in summer, it must be quite horrific. Our driver was quite good, but generally, it seemed like he just wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible and get us on the first boat back. It was an extremely hot day and of course you must take your own food as the “included lunch” was almost inedible.★

The staff were very friendly on arrival and during the trip. They were open about the possibility of not seeing manta-ray and unfortunately that day we didn't see any.However the experience was still a lovely time spent with my daughter. We saw some beautiful fish and 3/4 of the spots were great. We would recommend them to friends and family.
