Mr. Sandi is a fantastic private tour guide and driver. He is well prepared, super friendly, and patient. He speaks fluent English, told us a great deal about the culture and history of Bali. He didn’t mind working overtime, added a stop to a local coffee plantation to our itinerary which was lovely. We highly recommend Mr. Sandi!!

This trip was quite different from my expectation, but the views and the actual nature was amazing. It does feel like a factory trip as there are traffic jams all the time, people waiting for very long times just to take a photo, and in summer, it must be quite horrific. Our driver was quite good, but generally, it seemed like he just wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible and get us on the first boat back. It was an extremely hot day and of course you must take your own food as the “included lunch” was almost inedible.

The pick-up was on time. The snorkeling in the morning was just too rough. In the afternoon, we went around the island in two places and three spots. The tour guide would take the initiative to take photos, which was good, but he also told us to be at the harbor before 4 o'clock (the itinerary said 5 o'clock). He was very rushed at each spot. This needs to be improved.

Our driver, Adi, was very kind and accommodating, and he predicted traffic jams and made sure we left early, so we were able to enjoy the tour without any worries.

first, the rafting was excited and fun. there is place for changing and showering wihh th good condition. the guide was fun and experienced. nice to see the nature and the forest of Bali in a raft. about the ATV, it was super super excited and super super fun. same, there is shower facilities that in good and comfy conditions. but very tired as your thumb and palm very tired after the long and exciting ride. the photo package is a must have item ! the private driver picked up all he way from hotel until the end. polite and patient ! do recommend to join! we are under Sun Bali tour !

This was an amazing trip! The communication from the trip organizers was very good. They helped us arrange a private boat for snorkeling, which was an excellent choice, and worth every bit. Our boat crew was very professional and friendly, and made us feel safe all the way. Our driver and guide on the island, Putu, was fantastic. He was very friendly, and helpful, while sharing a lot of interesting information about the island. I would highly recommend this trip to anybody.


