We went there on Sunday, July 17th, as a couple, for a cellar tour, and I was impressed by the quality of the explanations given by Emma, a young expert, about the stages of champagne production. She was able to switch between French and English as if it were her native language, and her information was very clear and fascinating. We were even allowed to ask questions. This was followed by a blind tasting of several delicious champagnes from their production in a small group of eight, in a cozy room, around a beautiful table, accompanied by homemade gougères. My mouth is still watering. A fun and interesting quiz to identify Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, or Meunier, as well as the different aromas among eight or ten different flavors. It was the best experience of our stay. Next time... we'll come to sample their menu and their guest rooms. Stephanie and Alain

Take a look with one of the smaller champagne houses and you will be surprised. Nice setting - lots of info on the proces of making the champagne- a fun quiz and of course a good variety of champagnes. Add an enthusiastic guide and a really nice lunch and you have a lovely half day to spent. Highly recommended. And take a stroll after the tour through the vineyards or town ti even the alcohol in your blood 🙏


