Buying tickets online was super easy! Nice walk from our apartment.
Staff were very friendly, photos to start at the bottom before heading g up the lift to the first observation deck.
From there we went up to the top observation deck. The views are amazing. We went at dusk/night and the views with the lights of Auckland was something else.
We brought minted small plaque which my son chose the design and pressed, cost was $2. We also purchased a souvenir coin.
We then went to the 3rd viewing deck where you could buy snacks and refreshments, before finally heading back down to the bottom and browsing the gift shop and you can also pay for your photos prior to leaving if you choose.
We paid the extra to be able to go back again while we are in Auckland, we plan to do this during the day to see Auckland’s stunning views by day light.
You also have the option to do the skywalk and a jump

Beautiful and really worth the money. There are plenty of activities for the kids as you see all the lovely displays. We really enjoyed it. The location is excellent that you can walk across the road and get great city views. Free parking at the location as well. Highly recommend★

We had an amazing trip with an extremely knowledgeable crew. We saw a nursery pod of common dolphins and multiple shorebirds doing cooperative feeding. We also saw a brydes whale that was doing bubble net feeling. We were citizen scientists assisting with the boats research and learned so much about Aucklands ecosystem. There was extensive research material on board and a presentation. We whale watch all over the world and this was one of our favorite trips!! We highly recommend this tour!!
