The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!

When climbing to the top, the altitude of nearly 5,000 meters will feel the state of oxygen deprivation, whether psychologically or physically. Ticketing was quick. From Narita Terminal 2, there's a dedicated ticket exchange counter at the railway entrance. The staff were very patient and clearly explained the validity period and coverage area. Three days is enough for several long-distance trips. To go to Mt. Fuji and Kawaguchiko, you can use the self-service machines outside Shinjuku Station to transfer to the Fuji Kaiyu Railway directly to Kawaguchiko Station. You can also go to Izu, but only with regular JR trains. Overall, it's good and quite convenient.
