Our trip was absolutely wonderful! We left early in the morning from Aswan to Abu Simbel, and when we arrived at the meeting point, the guide and driver were already waiting for us. The minibus was comfortable and new 🚐. Upon boarding, we were given a welcome pack with water and snacks for the road 🥐 The drive to Abu Simbel took just over three hours, including a stop in the desert and an incredible sunrise 🌄. Along the way, our guide, George, shared many interesting facts about the temples. We arrived earlier than the other groups, so there weren't many people yet, so we were able to explore all the temples, take photos, and explore the grounds. We had plenty of time to stop in the souvenir shop if we wanted. The drive back was also quick and easy. Thank you so much for a wonderful day! 🙏🏻
