In UK, when you move to a different region, some service providers has better coverage than others. Since we move to different regions often, this eSIM ability to connect to different service providers is a big plus. For example, when in Edinburgh, EE gives better coverage so this eSIM still lock onto EE. But EE may not give good coverage in another region so this eSIM still switch to other services providers
