The koalas were so cute and I was so happy to be able to hold one. They took photos right on time so there was no wasted time. I thought it would be a zoo-like facility so I went early to look around the facility until it was time to hold one, but the main attraction was holding the koalas and the facility was very small so I finished looking around quickly, so I'm glad I arrived a little before my reservation time. The moment I held the koala, it rubbed against me and became so cute I was so happy. They also took some great photos so I'm glad I went.

It was a great day out! The crew were super organised and friendly, they were also very patient with the dozens of tourists who didn’t speak much English. It’s a big boat with a couple hundred tourists, so be prepared for that. Lunch was great! We had a great day out and snorkelling on the reef was just incredible.

A wonderful trip on a small plane. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the airfield. 40 minutes over the reefs—a stunning sight.

The highlight of the trip was the donut-shaped river ride. All six members of our family went on it. We were a little nervous at first, but we got into the swing of things. The ride was sometimes smooth, sometimes fast, sometimes fun, and sometimes thrilling. The whole family loved it!

Amazing experience!! Didn’t quite know what we had signed up for and this completely pushed us out of our comfort zone! Marcio and Sasha were fantastic guides and made us feel completely safe whilst giving encouragement but always highlighting that everything was optional, so felt no pressure. Had a great group who really helped each other out and cheered each other on. Was originally booked on behana gorge but that was flooded so were moved to crystal cascades. Thank you Marcio and Sasha, this was the highlight of our trip to Cairns!
