We combined on the same day the Almaty city tour and the visit to the Shymbulak Ski Station. Even in the summer, that's a very beautiful and pleasant place. On the highest point you have a great view of the place. Our guide from Neomad, Nursultan, was a great company, we had an excellent day with him.

We had an amazing day trip to Charyn Canyon, Kolsay Lake, and Kaindy Lake! The entire experience was incredibly well-organized from start to finish. Our guide kept everything on schedule without feeling rushed. Charyn Canyon was breathtaking — the views were stunning, and we had plenty of time to explore and take photos. Kolsay and Kaindy Lakes were equally beautiful, each with its own unique scenery. We especially loved the clear blue water of Kaindy and the peaceful atmosphere at Kolsay. One of the highlights of the day was the lunch at the guest house. The food was delicious, homemade, and comforting — it truly felt like eating at home. The warm hospitality made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a perfect trip: smooth, enjoyable, and very well planned. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

This tour was absolutely fantastic, and I’m really glad I chose it. I had a wonderful time. The schedule was well-organized, with plenty of time at each attraction. Our guide, Noor, was knowledgeable and caring. I was picked up from my hostel and dropped off afterward, which was very convenient. The horseback riding was a unique experience for me, and I was also lucky to have such great fellow travelers. Altogether, it made for a truly special day. I highly recommend this tour.
