Ammazzzzinnnnnnggg fun. So much adrenaline. Was nervous at first but after about 5 mins you get the hang of it. Photos were taken during the ride which are optional for purchase

My wife and I did it together. We absolutely loved our paragliding experience! Both instructors were amazing — very professional, friendly, and reassuring throughout. They made us feel completely comfortable from start to finish and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience feel very easy and enjoyable. The flight itself was incredible and truly worth it. We felt safe at all times and could just relax and enjoy the views. Highly recommend this experience to anyone who is thinking about trying paragliding — you won’t regret it!

So this was a risk for me as I am so scared of the sea but my friend loves it and after a boat trip earlier in the holiday I felt confident enough to do it! I cannot thank Rasta and his team enough for making this experience so incredible for us. They are all such lovely staff and make you feel so comfortable no one got left behind. Thank you to our guide, Gabriel, who made our experience exciting and fun. We saw two turtles on the surface and saw a stingray, trumpet fish, and other sealife while snorkelling. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys an adventure! Thank you for the lovely pictures in the cave!

A great experience first time diving for the family, the whole team was so professional and friendly, explained all the equipment and how to use it before we headed out on the boat. i would highly recommend them and add it to you things to do list while out in Tenerife. would like to thank the whole team again for a great experience and will see you again next time we are out in Tenerife.
