The rail pass itself is quite good, but the adoption of e-tickets has significantly reduced its user-friendliness for tourists. Not to mention, the Rail Planner app is really poorly designed.
Furthermore, Ctrip's customer service has declined considerably. I asked a small question, and it dragged on without a satisfactory answer; in the end, I had to resolve it myself.★

We had a lot of fun. Seeing Aarhus from the water was fantastic. At the end, the guide said to our German guests, his German will be better next time. However, everything was easy to understand and there were some funny moments. The kids were allowed to go on the rowboat. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommended.Trip.com picks
