The tour guide was super nice, and the lunch was delicious, a barbecue buffet. The itinerary was very reasonable. My group was basically a private tour, with only four of us! Of course, the weather was very bad, which was a good thing because it was low season. I couldn't see anything about the Christ the Redeemer statue, and the Theron Steps were also very boring. The church itself was only worth visiting, and the Christ the Redeemer statue was worthwhile.

Everything was phenomenal. Took the stress out of figuring out how to attend a game. Guide was at meeting place as scheduled. It was nice not having to figure out how to get to the game. We all sat together and left the stadium together to go to the bus back to the original meeting point. Guide made sure everyone got their transportation back to their hotels. Guide was super friendly. Highly recommend!

Ryane is an all inspiring intelligent vibrant young person who is so passionate and motivated to tell her story. I learnt so much about the history of slave times and the birth of Samba. I thoroughly enjoyed the walking tour and could listen to Ryane for hours. It would be great if the tour could be extended to include lunch at that Plaza with the bars and restaurants and the ballerina statue. I would have loved to try some African food. I wish Ryane all the very best. She has definitely chosen her career well and is an asset to her community.


