If the point of departure/destination is not within the pick-up & drop-off area, an additional fee will be required.

Excluding driver gratuities

1. After booking, please promptly contact our online customer support to confirm the departure and destination information. Please note that there are no customer support agents available from 23:00 to 8:30 the next day. For bookings made during this period, please contact the supplier immediately to coordinate the departure time. If you proceed with the booking without prior coordination with the supplier and the booking cannot be arranged, the supplier will contact you to reschedule or cancel the booking. Please be advised!

 

2. We will send you the vehicle's photo, license plate number, and driver's contact via the platform the night before your trip. The driver will arrive at your hotel in advance according to your requested time. If the driver arrives near the vehicle rental duration on the day, we will notify you here beforehand. Please keep an eye on the platform messages.

 

For same-day afternoon/evening rides, we may not send you the driver information the day before, but will provide it on the morning of your service date.
