Taking the tour was the best option, as these areas are inaccessible without a car, and here you're accompanied by an experienced guide and driver. Our guide, Gerard, shared a wealth of information about Malaysian history, culture, and personal stories. Due to traffic conditions, we had to change our plans, and our guide suggested a different attraction instead. Everyone agreed. Regardless, I think it was a truly enjoyable and interesting adventure. It's just a shame it was so short; it's worth considering a two-day trip to have more time to explore this beautiful place.
